Un día normal en casa

Por la mañana me despierto en mi habitación. Mi cama está cerca de la ventana y el teléfono está sobre la mesa.

In the morning, I wake up in my room. My bed is near the window and my phone is on the table.

Voy al baño. La toalla está en la silla y el jabón está cerca del lavabo. Me ducho y me siento mejor.

I go to the bathroom. The towel is on the chair and the soap is near the sink. I take a shower and feel better.

Después paso por el pasillo y entro en la cocina. El frigorífico está delante de mí y la mesa está en el centro de la habitación.

Then I walk down the hallway and go into the kitchen. The fridge is in front of me and the table is in the middle of the room.

Preparo el desayuno. Tomo una taza, una cuchara y un plato. Como y bebo café.

I make breakfast. I take a cup, a spoon, and a plate. I eat and drink coffee.

Mi gato está debajo de la mesa y el perro está en el jardín. Están tranquilos, pero miran la comida.

My cat is under the table and the dog is in the garden. They are calm, but they watch the food.

A las ocho salgo de casa. Voy al trabajo en metro y luego camino hacia la oficina.

At eight o’clock, I leave the house. I go to work by metro, then I walk to the office.

Trabajo en el despacho de un abogado. Hablo con mis compañeros y hago mi trabajo, porque tengo responsabilidades.

I work at a lawyer’s office. I talk with my colleagues and do my work, because I have responsibilities.

Al mediodía como con ellos. Hablamos y reímos, pero volvemos rápido a trabajar.

At noon, I eat with them. We talk and laugh, but we go back to work quickly.

Después del trabajo paso por el parque. Vuelvo a casa en autobús y luego me ducho.

After work, I walk through the park. I go home by bus, then I take a shower.

Por la noche estoy un poco cansado, así que descanso. Veo la televisión o leo cuando tengo tiempo.

In the evening, I am a little tired, so I rest. I watch TV or read when I have time.

Antes de dormir, ordeno la cocina y pongo los platos en la lavadora.

Before sleeping, I clean the kitchen and put the dishes in the washing machine.

Me acuesto cuando la casa está tranquila. Y mañana todo empieza otra vez.

I go to bed when the house is quiet. And tomorrow, it starts again.
