Estoy en una clase de francés. El profesor habla.

I am in a French class. The teacher speaks.

Hace una pregunta simple. Dice tienes un bolígrafo.

He asks a simple question. He says do you have a pen.

Yo respondo sí. El profesor continúa.

I answer yes. The teacher continues.

Hace otra pregunta. Dice tienes un libro.

He asks another question. He says do you have a book.

Yo respondo sí tengo un libro.

I answer yes I have a book.

Ahora usa palabras interrogativas. Yo escucho.

Now he uses question words. I listen.

Dice quién está aquí. Yo levanto la mano.

He says who is here. I raise my hand.

Dice dónde está la clase. Miro alrededor.

He says where is the classroom. I look around.

Dice cuándo empieza la lección. Miro el reloj.

He says when does the lesson start. I look at the clock.

Dice por qué aprendes francés. Yo pienso.

He says why are you learning French. I think.

El profesor sonríe. Hace otra pregunta.

The teacher smiles. He asks another question.

Entiendo mejor las preguntas. Estoy contento.

I understand questions better. I am happy.

Digo adiós. La clase termina.

I say goodbye. The lesson is finished.
