A Family Trip to the Furniture Store

Un samedi matin, la famille Petrov a décidé d’aller dans un grand magasin de meubles en dehors de la ville.

On Saturday morning, the Petrov family decided to go to a big furniture store outside the city.

Papa voulait acheter un nouveau canapé, parce que l’ancien était très usé.

Dad wanted to buy a new sofa because the old one was very worn out.

Maman rêvait d’une grande table à manger pour se réunir en famille.

Mom dreamed of a large dining table to gather with the family.

Et les enfants, Lena et Igor, voulaient trouver des chaises confortables et des étagères pour leurs jouets.

And the children, Lena and Igor, wanted to find comfortable chairs and shelves for their toys.

Quand ils sont arrivés, le magasin était immense, avec beaucoup de belles salles et vitrines.

When they arrived, the store was huge, with many beautiful showrooms and displays.

D’abord, ils sont allés au rayon salon. Papa s’asseyait sur chaque canapé pour voir s’il était doux et confortable.
