BLOC 18 : Une journée normale à la maison

Je me réveille le matin dans ma chambre. Mon lit est près de la fenêtre et mon téléphone est sur la table.

In the morning, I wake up in my room. My bed is near the window and my phone is on the table.

Je vais dans la salle de bain. La serviette est sur la chaise et le savon est près du lavabo. Je prends une douche et je me sens mieux.

I go to the bathroom. The towel is on the chair and the soap is near the sink. I take a shower and feel better.

Après, je passe par le couloir et j’entre dans la cuisine. Le frigo est devant moi et la table est au centre de la pièce.

Then I walk down the hallway and go into the kitchen. The fridge is in front of me and the table is in the middle of the room.

Je prépare le petit-déjeuner. Je prends une tasse, une cuillère et une assiette. Je mange et je bois du café.

I make breakfast. I take a cup, a spoon, and a plate. I eat and drink coffee.

Mon chat est sous la table et le chien est dans le jardin. Ils sont calmes, mais ils regardent la nourriture.

My cat is under the table and the dog is in the garden. They are calm, but they watch the food.

À huit heures, je pars de la maison. Je vais au travail en métro, puis je marche vers le bureau.

At eight o’clock, I leave the house. I go to work by metro, then I walk to the office.

Je travaille chez un avocat. Je parle avec mes collègues et je fais mon travail, car j’ai des responsabilités.

I work at a lawyer’s office. I talk with my colleagues and do my work, because I have responsibilities.

À midi, je mange avec eux. Nous parlons et nous rions, mais nous retournons vite travailler.

At noon, I eat with them. We talk and laugh, but we go back to work quickly.

Après le travail, je passe par le parc. Je rentre à la maison en bus, puis je prends une douche.

After work, I walk through the park. I go home by bus, then I take a shower.

Le soir, je suis un peu fatigué, donc je me repose. Je regarde la télévision ou je lis quand j’ai le temps.

In the evening, I am a little tired, so I rest. I watch TV or read when I have time.

Avant de dormir, je range la cuisine et je mets la vaisselle dans la machine à laver.

Before sleeping, I clean the kitchen and put the dishes in the washing machine.

Je vais me coucher quand la maison est calme. Et demain, tout recommence.

I go to bed when the house is quiet. And tomorrow, it starts again.
