On Saturday, Pavel decided to invite his friends for lunch.

He wanted to do something unusual and cooked seven different soups.

The first was tomato soup — he chopped tomatoes, boiled them, and added some cream.

The second was chicken soup with carrots, onions, and noodles.

The third was vegetable soup with potatoes, zucchini, and green peas.

The fourth was mushroom soup, which he made from fresh champignons and onions.

The friends tasted each soup and argued about which one was the best.

In the end, gazpacho won, and Pavel promised to cook it every summer.
